With smooth caramel tones, our Cream Amber offers distinctive earthy toffee aromas and melaleuca flower undertones, and is the crème de la crème of honeys.
Our batches are single-origin, with no two batches ever blended together. This ensures you can enjoy the best-tasting, pure flavour that varies with each season in richness, colour and texture. Each jar is a delicious adventure and a tribute to the place of origin.

Health Benefits
Why is it so good for me?
Honey is a delicious sweetener and immune system booster. With properties that act as a natural antioxidant, antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory it is no wonder people love raw honey so much. Raw honey is also an antimicrobial agent with properties that improve our digestive and gut health, boost our energy & mental clarity, and support overall health.
Applied topically, our honey has anti-aging benefits that hydrate the skin, smooth fine lines, and wrinkles, mildly exfoliate dead skin cells and brighten dull skin. The natural properties aid in reducing common skin ailments such as acne, eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, and psoriasis and eliminates bad bacteria that infect the pores. It also balances the skins PH levels and our MGO 250+ even aids in healing burns, ulcers, and wounds.
Our premium manuka honey is 100% raw, pure, organic, unpasteurised, unadulterated/unprocessed, and not ultrafiltered to preserve the nutritional elements of every batch, just as the bees intended.
Why Honey of Noosa?
We may be biased, but there’s a reason why we think the bees are loving the Noosa shire and why this love attributes to the high-quality honey we harvest each season. Nestled between the gorgeous landscape of the untouched national parks, lush forests and bushlands, our apiaries are home to a multitude of Australian native wildflowers and manuka flowers that bloom in these natural surrounds.
These flowers flourish due to the nutrient-rich volcanic soil coupled with the coastal ocean breezes and the diverse tapestry of lakes and everglades that serve to enrich, cool, and moisten the manuka plants environment into the lush paradise that we call Noosa, and the bees call home.
Altogether, this abundant floral landscape sustains the livelihoods of the bees and is the key ingredient that gives us a decadent honey that awakens every palate, no matter the recipe.
Lab Certified
Like all manuka honey companies, we follow the highest standard of lab testing and quality control to ensure that each batch of honey is graded to be at or slightly above the MGO level indicated on the label. We are proudly supported by scientists at the laboratories in the University of the Sunshine Coast and always demonstrate our customer transparency to each customer by providing verified lab results that show their batch and correlating MGO potency.
Crystallisation Disclaimer
Like fine wine, our honey will develop overtime to bring out it’s subtle flavours and undertones. This means that it will slightly increase in MGO content, and may slowly crystallise into a thick spread-like texture. This texture of crystallisation is best described like little snowflakes on your tongue and is a sure indication that you are buying real raw and organic honey packed with delicious nutritional benefits. It can be liquified again when stirred or when left in warm water for a few minutes. Don’t wait to figure out how to best have your honey, explore our creative recipes here.
